Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new furniture! To keep everything clear and fair, please review our policy below for details on reporting damages, exchanges, and manufacturer warranty coverage.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

⚠️All sales are final once furniture has been delivered, picked up, or assembled.


No refunds will be issued for:

  • Mattresses & bedding

  • Bed frames & foundations

  • Upholstered items (sofas, sectionals, recliners, chairs)

  • Custom or special-order items

Please double-check order details, dimensions, and finishes before purchase or delivery. 

📦REPORTING DAMAGE AT DELIVERY

Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery.


Any visible damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported immediately to the delivery team before they leave the property.


Claims made after the delivery team departs may not be eligible for repair, replacement, or exchange.

The delivery team will document any reported issues on your delivery receipt.

🛠️SELF PICK-UP OR CUSTOMER ASSEMBLY

If you choose to pick up or assemble your own furniture:

  • Inspect items carefully at pick-up.

  • Report any visible damage or missing parts within 24 hours of pick-up.

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for service, since we cannot verify the condition of the item once it leaves our premises.

⚠️Customers are responsible for safe transportation and assembly.

🔄EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

An exchange may be approved only if:

  • The issue is reported within the applicable timeframe.

  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

All exchanges are subject to management approval and inspection.

⚠️Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for exchange.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES & LIMITATIONS

Certain items may include a manufacturer warranty.


We will assist in filing warranty claims in accordance with the manufacturer’s policies.


All warranty decisions — including repair, replacement, or denial — are made by the manufacturer and are final.

Our store cannot override or modify manufacturer limitations.

By signing your sales receipt or accepting delivery/pick-up, you acknowledge and agree to all terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
