Delivery, Assembly & Lead Times

We make receiving your new furniture simple and flexible. From delivery and assembly to lead times, here’s everything you need to know to make your experience seamless.

Delivery 

Our delivery service includes safe handling and placement of your furniture inside your home or business.


Delivery rates are based on floor level and include up to three items per trip. A $25.00 fee applies for each additional item.

 

Floor Level Base Rates (up to 3 items):

  • 1st Floor          $50.00

  • 2nd Floor       $75.00

  • 3rd Floor        $100.00

💡 If your building has an elevator, the delivery may default to the base $50 rate.

 

⚠️ Clients may choose to pick-up items themselves; however, pick-up is at the client’s own risk and voids the product warranty.

For deliveries beyond the third floor, outside of Buffalo or for oversized items, please contact us for a custom quote.

Assembly

Assembly services are available at an additional rate.


Assembly is $75.00 for the first three items, and $25.00 for each additional item assembled during the same visit.

⚠️ Clients may choose to assemble items themselves; however, self-assembly is at the client’s own risk and voids the product warranty.

 

Rates apply to standard furniture pieces. Complex or oversized items may require a custom quote.

Assembly must be scheduled with delivery to ensure availability and proper setup time. Rates and times will be confirmed after purchase.

Item Placement & Handling

  • Standard Delivery: Front-door drop-off only (unless the item requires no assembly).

  • Assembly Service: Includes full placement and setup in your desired location.

  • If furniture must be moved or rearranged, additional labor fees may apply.

Lead Times

If your items are in stock, we can usually schedule delivery on the next available date — often same day or next day, depending on driver availability.

If items are special orders, the lead time varies by manufacturer. Most orders typically arrive within 2–6 weeks, depending on availability and supplier shipping times.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you always know when to expect your new furniture!

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans can change! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.

  • If you contact us before our team leaves the store, there’s no cancellation or rescheduling fee.

  • If the delivery team is already on their way or arrives at your location, the delivery fee is forfeited.

Limited Liability & Additional Fees

⚠️ Safety is our top priority.


If our delivery team must:

  • Navigate through cluttered or unsafe areas

  • lift items over obstacles, or take alternate routes (e.g., narrow stairways, missing steps, or uneven terrain).

Additional handling fees may apply.

These fees are determined by the complexity of the delivery and must be paid before delivery or assembly takes place.
