Pre-order items are not stocked in our warehouse. Once your order is placed, we submit it directly to our supplier. Estimated arrival time is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on availability.
If an item becomes back-ordered or unavailable, we will notify you immediately. Standard orders may be canceled before the supplier ships the item to us. Special-order items are non-cancelable.
